The Michelin Sales Department, as data controller, processes personal data for the purpose of managing the sending of quotes to customers. The legal basis for the processing thus implemented is Michelin's legitimate interest in sending you an estimate following requests from its customers. The data processed is essential for this processing and is used by the Michelin departments concerned and, where applicable, its subcontractors. The data is kept for a period of six months from the sending of the estimate. You benefit from a right of interrogation, access, rectification, a right to portability, to the limitation of processing and opposition for legitimate reasons, as well as the right to define directives relating to the fate of its data after your death.
