SOLID PRESS-ON TIRES

Solid press on tires, also known as cushion tires, are designed specifically to meet the requirements of tough material handling applications. They are puncture free, highly resistant to wear and offer one of the lowest cost of ownership. Press on tires further enhance forklifts stability, load capacity and service life of equipment. They are made of a rubber tread layer bonded to a cylindrical steel band and then mounted onto a steel hub using a press.

Our unique tread pattern for traction is perfect for uneven, rough and changing surface conditions. Our smooth press-on tire is commonly used for applications where the forklift operates inside on even and dry floors. Both are available in standard black and gray non-marking, perfect for clean industrial environments, such as paper and food industries.

Very high-load capacity

The toughest material handling challenges call for solid press on tires. Our technology offers the high load capacity needed to meet heavy-duty intensity applications, so you’re always ready to get the job done.

Exceptional stability

Minimum stress, maximum stability. Press on has the best stability a tire can offer. This results in better maneuverability, enhanced traction as well as a stable and smooth ride. Our range of press on tires allows the operator to maintain his focus on the job.

Puncture proof

No down time with press on tires. Our puncture-free solid tires are as dependable as they are resistant, allowing you to minimize down-time and increase the productivity of your operations. Our puncture proof tires are ideal for use in a wide range of applications and are specifically designed to run in the harshest environments.

Minimal maintenance

Never worry about a flat tire anymore. Press on tires ensures productivity and minimal maintenance. They require no air pressure control and offer high wear resistance, for the longest ride at the lowest cost of ownership.

OUR LINE-UP OF PRESS-ON TIRES

Offered in regular black, non-marking and non-marking anti-static (NMAS) rubber compounds, our solid press-on tires meet the requirements of the various material handling applications, in which your machines operate.
