Solid Press-On Tires for reliable material handling

Engineered for demanding environments, solid press-on tires—commonly known as cushion tires—are a trusted solution for material handling operations requiring long-lasting performance, high stability, and reduced maintenance. As part of our premium Solideal tires range, these tires deliver the durability your fleet needs, across warehouses, factories, airports and port terminals.

High performance cushion tires built for heavy-duty use

Our solid tires are manufactured with a rubber tread bonded to a cylindrical steel band, then precisely mounted to a steel hub using a press-on system. This design ensures excellent traction and durability, especially in high-load and high-cycle environments.

Available in both smooth and traction tread patterns, our cushion tires adapt to varying surfaces—from clean indoor flooring to uneven transitional areas. They are offered in black or non-marking compounds, including non-marking anti-shock (NMAS) versions for sensitive applications such as food, paper, or electronics industries.

Benefits of solid tires for material handling

High load capacity

Solid press-on tires are engineered to support very high load capacities. Their robust structure provides the strength needed for intense applications and helps enhance overall equipment performance.

Exceptional stability and traction

With their firm construction, cushion tires offer excellent lateral stability, making forklifts and other vehicles easier to maneuver in confined spaces. They also deliver superior traction on dry, flat surfaces.

Puncture-proof design

Because they are made of solid rubber, solid tires eliminate the risk of punctures. This makes them especially suitable for environments where sharp debris could be a concern.

Minimal Maintenance Requirements

Solid press-on tires require no inflation and minimal ongoing maintenance, allowing you to minimize downtime and increase the productivity of your operations. Their durability and resistance to wear contribute to a better overall value of ownership.

Solideal tire models featuring NMAS technology

Our line-up includes advanced models like the Solideal PON 775 NMAS. This solid tire has been specially engineered to address the challenges of high-intensity applications, especially in environments where electrostatic build-up can pose safety hazards.

This tire features Camso’s patented non-marking anti-shock (NMAS) technology, ensuring the dissipation of accumulated electricity with every tire rotation, making it a reliable choice for sensitive operations in material handling and logistics.

Tailored solutions for every sector
