WARRANTY PROCEDURE

Speed up the process with your authorized Camso dealer by following the steps below for your ATV / UTV track system warranty claim. Camso’s limited 2-year warranty covers only manufacturing defects.

  1. Contact your selling dealer upon noticing a possible warranty claim situation.
  2. Have your dealer fill all the required fields of the Warranty Claim form (dowloadable PDF file below) and send it to Camso in one single email, along with pictures of the issue and your invoice of the track system purchase.
  3. Once your warranty claim has been accepted*, Camso will send your replacement parts to your dealer.

*Note: If the track system does not meet the warranty requirements, Camso will notify your dealer.

DON’T ORDER NEW PARTS BEFORE MAKING CLAIM

All warranty repairs parts should be processed through a warranty claim. Refer to track system Owner’s Manual for warranty conditions.
